1 Design basis of welding fixture
The design is based on the input information such as the three-dimensional model of the product, product drawings, product technical requirements and relevant technical requirements provided by the customer. Before designing the welding fixture, the product structure characteristics, process requirements and other information should be understood, and the design should be combined with the enterprise's own processing and production level. Carefully analyze the product drawings provided by the user, record and mark the datum positioning information of each component.
2 Preparation before design
Before the design of the welding fixture is officially started, the position of the product to be welded shall be marked on the three-dimensional model of the product according to the information obtained from the previous analysis of the drawing, so as to avoid the leakage of the weld in the design process and the delay of the design time.
